TribalUK - quality electrical goods delivered free

TribalUK may have a name and logo like one of those shops selling surfers’ clothes that have suddenly sprung up in towns miles from the seaside, but in fact they’re an online retailer specialising in free delivery of quality electrical goods.

The folks there have been in touch to tell us about a couple of products that look pretty good at the moment – the Electrolux Insight EKT6045X electric cooker at £742.90 and the Bosch WAS32466GB washing machine at £456.48.

Here’s a video of the Electrolux Insight (sorry about the huge white space below it – something odd that we can’t debug). As you can see, it’s a stylish black and chrome affair which is designed to give you as good a view as possible of the the food you’re cooking. You can read more about it – or buy it – on the TribalUK site here.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a video for the Bosch WAS32466GB, but you can find it in our shop here. It takes an 8kg load and offers 1600rpm spin speed. It’ll also slot neatly into your kitchen as it’s freestanding, a standard 84.2x60x590 in size, and clean white in colour.

Three top sellers from Dixons

Wednesday, October 24th, 2007

High street electrical giants Dixons have been in touch with a list of their best sellers for the month, and there are some very nice items for your kitchen in it.

Daewoo FRUS20DAI frost-free fridge freezer

Selling well at the moment is the Daewoo FRUS20DAI frost-free fridge freezer (try saying that after a couple of perfectly-chilled bottles of Lambrini), which features a chilled water and ice dispenser, a day/night sensor that adjusts the fan speed automatically according to light levels, and 3D cooling. It’s also roomy enough for a family of three to live in. The price is £579 and you can find out more about it here on the Dixons site.

Belling Precision CE1100

Also popular is one of Belling’s cookers, the Precision CE1100 stainless steel 110cm dual fuel range-style model. It features main fan and conventional ovens, seven burners (plus one for woks), cast iron pan supports and is an impressive 1.1m wide. It’ll cost you £749.98 and you can find out more here.

Zanussi ZWF1632W washing machine

Finally, because most people are stuck with putting their washing machine in their kitchen, we thought we’d tell you about the Zanussi ZWF1632W, which is available for £249.95. It has 21 programmes and is triple ‘AAA’ rated for wash performance, spin performance and energy efficiency. It’s also got crease protection and a nifty 180 degree door. There’s more about it on the Dixons site here.

Of course, if you don’t fancy following the crowd and choosing what everyone else bought, why not go straight to the Dixons site and see what else you can find?
